Wisdom has three sources based upon Scripture. Usually when we need Wisdom, we have come across a problem or situation that requires a distinct recipe to solve. Where we go to get the solution will determine if, how and for how long the problem will last.

3 Sources of Wisdom
1. Wisdom of this world 1 Cor 3:19
2. Sensual Wisdom 11 Cor 1:12, Jam 3:15 This wisdom descends not from above, but [is] earthly, sensual, devilish.
Jud 1:19 These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.
3. Wisdom from above James 3:13-8

Recognizing Wisdom
Know Where It Starts
Prov. 9:10 "The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.

When You Do it – Others Will Know It
NLT - Deu 4:6 - If you obey them carefully, you will display your wisdom and intelligence to the surrounding nations. When they hear about these laws, they will exclaim, `What other nation is as wise and prudent as this!'

Find It, Get Happy
Pro 3:13 Happy is the man who finds wisdom, And the man who gains understanding;

Live By It
Mat 11:19 - And I, the Son of Man, feast and drink, and you say, `He's a glutton and a drunkard, and a friend of the worst sort of sinners!' But wisdom is shown to be right by what results from it."

Grow In It
Luke 2:52 And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.
Jud 1:20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,
